📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain the fleet of buggies, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily use.
- Provide safe and comfortable transportation for guests, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring it is securely stored in the buggies.
- Monitor fuel levels and schedule regular maintenance and refueling as needed.
- Keep the buggies clean and tidy, both inside and out, to maintain a high standard of presentation.
- Assist with parking and traffic management, ensuring smooth and efficient movement around the hotel and resort.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless coordination and a cohesive guest experience.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a buggy driver or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of the local area, including popular attractions and routes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
