📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operations activities.,Monitor and maintain operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations and communication.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports and documents.,Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure high standards of output.,Assist in the management of operational budgets and resources.,Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or other operational management software is a plus.
