📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Administer payroll and benefits,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Coordinate with management to ensure HR policies are effectively implemented,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken
