📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the planning and execution of retail sales strategies.,Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Promoting products and services to increase sales.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.,Assisting in the organization and execution of retail events and promotions.,Providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
