Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the credit control process, ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.
• Analyze and report on credit control metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of credit control officers.
• Negotiate with customers and stakeholders to resolve payment issues and maintain good relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve credit-related issues.
• Provide training and support to credit control officers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a credit control or financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
