PT Pratama Cipta is looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
