📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues.,Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in planning and executing fleet-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
