📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Support the HR department in any other tasks as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
