📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
