📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate financial record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring financial compliance.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
