Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.,Oversee daily fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with drivers and logistics team to streamline operations and improve overall performance.,Track and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a must.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
