📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
• Qualify leads and provide information about our products and services.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign objectives are met.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of telemarketing best practices and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
