📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across industries.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Handle the complex process of securing work permits and visas for international hires.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to candidates and employees.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and workforce compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and workforce compliance.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
