📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
