📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage branch operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or similar roles.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
