In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR-related correspondence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
