📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Monitoring and reporting sales performance to management.,Assisting in the organization and execution of retail promotions and events.,Providing training and support to junior sales associates as needed.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and inventory.,Assisting in the development and maintenance of the retail store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
