📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Knowledge of healthcare industry best practices and regulations,Excellent organizational and time management skills
