📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions for employees.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure learning and development programs meet the specific needs of each team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and organizational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs for a diverse and multicultural workforce.
