📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and patient care.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals.,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.
