📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance activities, using tools like SAP PM and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or a similar industry-recognized program.
• Proven experience with SAP PM or similar maintenance management software.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
