📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the chemical warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Manage inventory and logistics, including receiving, storing, and distributing chemicals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and systems, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated storage systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve operational processes and implement new technologies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations engineering or a similar role in the chemical industry.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a plus.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of chemical handling and storage procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the chemical industry.
