Mandiri Automotive is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping people thrive in their careers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Support management in workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.,Provide HR consulting and advice to managers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
