Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the company.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and culture.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
