One Shine Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented shop.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment.,Promote our products and services to increase sales.,Handle cash and manage the cash register.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Provide feedback to the store manager on customer preferences and shop performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
