📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
