First Oceanic Property Management, Inc is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Area Accountant to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our properties, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial guidance to property managers. This is an onsite position, and the successful candidate will be based in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of assigned properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end closing, financial statements, and tax filings.,Provide financial guidance and support to property managers to optimize financial performance.,Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly and annual financial reports to stakeholders.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely service delivery.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
