Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top-tier talent.Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring managers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.Strong understanding of the financial services industry, preferably in insurance.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🛠️ Keahlian
