Oversee and coordinate the academic programs for the Senior High School (SHS) students.,Develop and implement academic policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of education.,Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and support.,Collaborate with teachers and faculty to enhance the learning experience.,Organize and facilitate academic events and activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records.,Provide regular reports on student performance and academic progress.,Ensure compliance with all academic and institutional policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of academic policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
