Point Urban Abadi is looking for a dedicated and friendly Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. We are a rapidly growing company and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience while they shop with us. You will also be responsible for handling transactions, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring our store runs smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing cash and inventory.
  • Ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.
  • Assisting with stock control and ordering.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
