📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling the unique needs of discerning guests.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Bali’s luxury offerings, including high-end resorts, private villas, exclusive dining, and entertainment experiences.
• Manage and coordinate complex requests, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury service providers, including hotels, restaurants, and tour operators.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events and experiences for high-profile clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Ensure all interactions are professional, discreet, and tailored to the individual preferences of each guest.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our concierge services through feedback and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service in high-end environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Bali’s luxury offerings, including high-end resorts, private villas, exclusive dining, and entertainment experiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Professional and discreet demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international guests.
• Certification in luxury hospitality or a related field is a plus.
