📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain master data within SAP Business One, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP Business One modules to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving system issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize system performance.
• Conduct regular data backups and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP Business One and information systems management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, data quality, and user satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Business One implementation, configuration, and support.
• Certification in SAP Business One (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of database management and data integrity principles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
