📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Calculate salaries, bonuses, and other compensation using SAP Payroll and QuickBooks.
• Manage tax filings and ensure all necessary documents are prepared and submitted on time.
• Generate and distribute pay slips and other payroll-related documents to employees.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of all payroll transactions and ensure data integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company.
• Proficient in using SAP Payroll and QuickBooks.
