📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal pricing and terms.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis for maintenance and project works to identify areas for cost savings.
• Prepare and submit project cost proposals, including financial forecasts and risk assessments.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide financial support and guidance to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management and financial analysis.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with IFS (Integrated Facilities Services) and related systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
